Vintage Japanese Gods RARE! Salt and Pepper Shakers Teetering Fukurokuju & Hotei

Vintage Rare salt and pepper shaker teetering Japanese Gods Very Unique! Pristine complete set of fabulous hand painted porcelain enamel Lucky Gods representing health, wealth, good fortune, happiness and longevity. Both are in mint condition. This is a very vibrant and striking set of classic vintage Japanese mythology folklore figurines, circa 1960s-1970s. Each colorful figure features overglazed enamels with fanciful raised moriage relief designs in classic Kutani colors of blue, orange, green, and white. The beautiful and complex moriage decoration entails a raised slip technique which provides a textured, three dimensional finish. The bright white porcelain base is very fine, and the Kutani decoration superbly executed, finished with 22k gold accents. Please see the detail photos!

All 3 pieces are in absolute mint condition with no chips, cracks, or restorations. Fukurokuju is the God of happiness, wealth and longevity. Hotei is the god of abundance and good health.
