Swiss Army Salt and Pepper vintage rucksack- roll top fastening

Swiss Army rucksack in the heavy duty salt & pepper fabric used during WW2 and in the post-war period. This is the roll-top version and is in good issued condition, with some marks and wear commensurate with the age. I have photographed the bag in some detail so you can see the condition; there are a couple of scuffs which has damaged the material but. No holes, and some small marks.

The leather is in sound condition and I have conditioned the leather base with beeswax leather polish to bring out the patina. Overall the quality of the materials and workmanship is very high. Dimensions (when laid out flat like in the second image) is 31 inches long by 17 inches wide.
