RARE Vintage DANSK TEAK Danish Modern Mid-Century Salt PEPPER MILL. DIMENSIONS : 7 ½ tall x 2 ¾ wide. DESCRIPTION : Difficult to find vintage Danish teak pepper grinder / salt shaker designed by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk. This example is often compared to a chess piece. I collected these for a number of years and always admired the great variety of forms that were produced.

I especially like the older examples because of the rich reddish color and tight grain. All sides of the peppermill are represented in the photos.

CONDITION: Quite presentable overall with no damage or restoration. One of the the salt holes is slightly enlarged see.
