It has been used for service and may contains remnants of salt and pepper. As collectors know, this is a very rare piece from the Dansk collection of salt and peppermills. In our 12 allotted photos, we tried to get as many angles as possible, close-up, and to include any flaws. We took some with/ some without flash.

The teak has darkened over time and we wanted to make sure the viewer could see details clearly. Overall the mill is in very nice, collectable condition. The piece stands just under 6 tall with the peg in. The wood is strong with a few small areas of wear along the grain and a few small impressions.

There is one thin fissure in the top/ salt portion, and another below and to the left of that, on the underside of the salt portion, against the grain. The peg is solid but exhibits wear from its occasional removal when salt was refilled. The grinder still works perfectly.
