Extremely Rare 6 Pair Uncirculated Shawnee Muggsy Salt & Pepper Shakers In Box

Uncirculated Large Muggsy Range Shakers. This is one of the most treasured items of our entire Shawnee collection. This box of Muggsy S&P shaker dogs was found in the storage attic of Adams Hardware of Dorchester Mass. After it had closed it doors for business. Each shaker Muggsy shaker has an Essex China label in mint condition.

Sets are all matched 4 & 5 hole shakers. This box of Muggsy shakers is listed in Pam Duvall Curran's book Shawnee Pottery the Full Encyclopedia on page 261. Pam says in her professional opinion they are too rare to determine the value.
