Here is your chance to start or upgrade your Dansk peppermill collection with the highest quality item. Offering a collectible vintage DANSK pepper mill - the largest mill designed by Jens Harald Quistgaard for Dansk Designs, LTD from the 1970's. The pepper mill was handcrafted in Thailand from beautifully grained Siamese Teakwood with natural finish. This is the second variation of 3 known to be manufactured. This is the tallest peppermill with largest peppercorn chamber ever manufactured by the Dansk company.

Jens Quistgaard used a top quality grinding mechanisms made of case-hardened steel. The durability of these mechanisms and their proven track record allows to provide a lifetime guarantee on the grinding mechanism. The peppermill is 16 1/2 in.

(42 cm) tall and is in excellent all original working condition. The extra large peppermill chamber allows to hold a substantial amount of pepper corns without any needs of frequent refills.

Very useful and practical feature for a busy restaurants, big family private kitchen or any other large cooking events. The bottom of the peppermill has metal grinder with black plastic rotating disk to insert peppercorns. The disk is marked and it reads: " Dansk Designs LTD Thailand ". The clear label preserved very well and ir reads: " Dansk International Designs LTD / JHQ Thailand ".

The peppermill is in excellent original condition and looks like it was barely used. Some signs if aging and use are present and must be accepted.

Nothing major but we have to mention it for the accuracy of the description. Original patina preserved very well. We tested the grinding mechanism. It works beautifully by producing a medium size grind!

The piece is very clean, comes from smoke free environment and would be a perfect addition to any of mid-century, Eames style collection! Beautiful decorative object, useful piece of art, wonderful and very elegant gift as well as a great investment!
