C1910 Figural Silver Fox Salt & Pepper Sterling 800 Silver Germany shaker animal

A phenominal pair of early 20th century figural German Silver fox form salt and pepper shakers! This pair of foxes stands 2 1/4 inches tall by 1 1/2 binches tall and weigh just about 3.44 troy ounces. Each is marked GERMANY with a crescent moon, crown and 800 stamp for 800 silver to the base, "B" hallmark and seated lion to the tails. The seated lion was likely used to imitate English Sterling marks, but may suggest higher than 800 content.
