Art Deco Bakelite Penguins Condiment Salt Pepper Shaker Holder Tray Set

You are looking at a very sweet Art Deco bakelite penguin salt and pepper shaker with condiment jar and tray set. The colors are translucent and marbled tortoise shell, black and yellow. One shaker is marked Ludwigsburg on its belly. The other shaker has West Germany on its underside. These were souvenirs from West Germany right after WWII.

Tray measures 4 3/16 in diameter. It has a silver ring around it. Condiment jar is 1 3/4" square at the base and stands 2 7/8" tall. The shakers are 2 1/8 tall. Threads are in great condition.

The tray has some surface scratches on the underside. Some wear to the silver ring.

Very clean and ready for display or use. Guaranteed bakelite and tested with simichrome! I only sell pieces which would meet my standards for reuse. They need to be in very good condition for the full enjoyment of using them.
