1991 Franklin Mint Homegrown Sweethearts Salt & Pepper Shakers 12 pairs Complete
No chips, cracks or scrapes that I noticed. A few of the "made in thailand" stickers have fallen off, but most are still intact. There is one screw hole in the "spice rack" where it was better anchored to the wall.
We would recommend doing so again in the future. We would also recommend using shelf putty/museum putty to hold them in place. The shelves are rather narrow and bumping into them could lead to disaster if not properly secured.
Most of the vegetable ID cards are intact as well as the certificate of authenticity. Some have doubles and a couple are missing their card. This set was commissioned by Heinz as anthropomorphic vegetables as a brand promotion. I'm unsure how these were originally distributed. Each shaker measures between 3-4" tall and the shelves are about 3-3 1/2" tall.Some of the shakers will have the top of their heads outside of the shelves.
