PEACEFUL DOE & FAWN Salt & Pepper Shakers CERAMIC ARTS STUDIO 1952

" PEACEFUL DOE AND FAWN " SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS. The Deer were produced in 1952 , with adults and fawns, in figurines and in salt and pepper shakers, and in three colors. They are Porcelain, hand painted, the DOE is 4-1/4" long, 2-1/4" wide, 3-3/4" tall, the FAWN is 2-1/2" long, 2"wide, 2" tall. Both are in MINT condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing, no paint loss, rubs or scratches, and no shine dulling, they are so shiny that the white areas on the photos are all light reflections. There are no corks, as none of the CAS shaker sets had corks.

The Deer are shown on page 134 of the 2003 "Ceramic Arts Studio, The Legacy of Betty Harrington". A SUPER RARE, SUPER NEAT SHAKER SET OR FIGURINES FOR YOUR'CAS' COLLECTION! I will describe and list any defects I find, but as all are vintage, there may be some scratches or rubs in the paint, or some paint fade or spots that I may miss in the description - look closely and enlarge all the photographs, I will be happy to any questions. I will pack the items carefully and securely.
