Recent Northern Virginia estate find. This listing is for a whimsical Howard Holt original Winking Pixie salt and pepper shaker set with wooden handles. Handes as well as the stoppers look to be original.

If these are to be used, the stoppers would definitely need to be replaced as they are nearly 70 years old and no longer are pliable. The pepper shaker does have a some small color rub in the black stripes and a glazed over tiny divot in one ear (casting divot and not a chip).

The salt shaker has a little roughness on the underside rest rim with a very small and shallow chip. Really, these slight inclusions take nothing away from these pieces and are quite insignificant. All noted items are captured in the photos. Other than these, we found no repairs, or additional chips, cracks or crazing. The colors have very minimal fading. Please review all photos for overall condition, design, and dimensions.
