4 Sterling Silver Guilloche Gren Enamel Salt & Pepper Shakers Norway Hroar Prydz
RARE GREEN NEAR MINT Lot of 4 Hroar Prydz Salt & Pepper Shakers. These are a very unique and beautiful matching set of 4 cut crystal salt and pepper shakers designed by Hroar Prydz, a famed Norwegian silversmith, in the mid 1900's. The set looks in near mint condition. There are NO CRACKS OR CHIPS ON CRYSTAL.
The inside of all 4 are like new clean. The enamel tops are all perfect uniform green (more on chartreuse color). There is no putting on the enamel. No missing enamel & NO APPEARANCE OF salt or pepper ever being in one. Each of the holes are perfect & symmetrical with no salt damage as so many have.The screw-on lids are fashioned from guilloche enamel on sterling silver, with gilded s/s edges, all 4 bearing the silversmith's mark and'Sterling. Measurements: 1.25w x 1.68 inches (5 x 3 cm). Will be packaged double boxed to insure they arrive as perfect as they left.
At listing time I had 2 other Danish Meke sets also for sale. Except holidays and Sunday - girl's gotta rest! I pack with great care and concern and will make sure this item is received in the vintage near MINT condition I sent it in! Please look at photos carefully and understand that monitors and cameras are not exact.
